Whether you are looking to buy or rent, the local real estate market offers something for everyone.  Newcomers to Lexington will find a wide range of housing options at surprisingly affordable prices.  Prospective homeowners can choose from recently built subdivision or well-established neighborhoods, all convenient to schools, parks, and shopping, with homes ranging from $30,000 to $450,000

  • Eastern Shores Subdivision is located on beautiful Beech Lake , right in the heart of our city. Waterfront lots are in demand, with limited supply.  Prices are into $130’s for waterfront lots.  Many off water lots and homes offer a magnificent view of the lake.  Home values range from $155,000 up to $500,000.

  • Pine Ridge and Pineview Subdivisions are located on Pine Lake , approx. six miles South of Lexington off U.S. Hwy. 22.  A new phase of residential lots will be offered by BRWDA/TVA in March, 2002.  Waterfront lots will range in price up to a minimum of $45,000.

  • Beasley Place is located off Old Huntingdon Rd. on Pine Cone Rd. You will find custom building as well as builder homes for sale in this area.  Homes values range up to $350,000.  One acre up to five acre tracts available, values of $20,000 up to mid $60’s in price.  This is a consistently premier development.

  • West Pointe is just minutes West and is our newest “large” development.  Its wooded and winding setting has brought much growth.  Convenience to Jackson caused a “boom” of building, both speculative and custom.  You’ll love its “back to nature” opportunity!  Values average $180,000.

  • Cardinal Estates is located on N. Broad St. (Hwy. 22 North) with an entrance into the development off Old Huntingdon Rd. as well.  Lot values are $16,500 up to $45,000 depending on lot sizes.

  • The Fairways is located off Hwy. 412 East and adjoins Pine Tree Country Club Golf Course.  Lot values begin at $18,000 and range up to $28,000.  Local golf enthusiasts developed this small neighborhood.

  • Twin Oaks Estates is located within the city limits between N. Broad St. and Natchez Trace Dr. off Hall St .  It’s very convenient to all city and industrial locations.  Home values average $150,000.

  • Blackberry Hill Estates is located off Old Huntingdon St .  We’re known for small, quaint developments and this is one of them.  Home values average $200,000.

  • Oak Crest Estates is located on N. Broad St .  Lot values are $14,000 up and home values are upwards of $130,000.  Again, this is a “small” beauty!!

  • North Meadows Estates is located on N. Broad St. and is 99% developed.  Values average $180,000.  It’s a rarity to find a home for sale in this neighborhood.

  • Cheyenne Hills is located off W. Church Street .  Lot values average $10,000 and home values are $80,000 and up.

  • Sycamore Ridge Estates is located off Natchez Trace Road .  Lot values are $9,000 and up.

  • Quail Acres Subdivision is located off Natchez Trace Rd. and adjoins Sycamore Ridge Estates.  Home values are mid $60’s and up.

  • Green Meadows Subdivision is located off Hwy. 412 West.  It was one of the first “West side” developments.  Occasionally, we see a home for sale in this area.

  • Pope/Renfroe Subdivision is located off Natchez Trace Dr .  Located across the street from LeRoy/Somer and Johnson Controls, our largest industrial employers, have afforded this development much growth.  It’s a neighborhood of bonded families, with a “welcome” to all those who are newcomers!!

  • Hardin Subdivision is located off N. Broad St. and is 100% developed.  Only resale homes are available.  Values average $75,000.

  • Hidden Hills Estates is located off Hwy. 412 East.  This area has steadily built, almost to capacity.  A local resident and business owner developed and lives in this small neighborhood.  Only one home is available for sale at present, with a value of $160’s.

  • Ferguson Woods Subdivision is located off Hwy. 22 North and has been annexed into the City Limits.  Property values range in mid $80’s.  New construction is available on the few sites still left in the subdivision
